Carolyn Xiao

Carolyn Xiao started playing the violin at the age of 4. She rapidly fell in love with the beautiful instruments. Carolyn has been the concertmaster at the Conservatoire de Musique de Gatineau for nearly five years. Her musical performances include representations at provincial festivals, YSPF and LANI foundation, Music and Beyond, Ottawa Chamberfest, the National Art Center of Canada, and many more. Finally, winner of the Chamberfest competition in chamber music and bursary recipient at the Kiwanis Ottawa Competition and FAECMADQ, Carolyn has many musical projects to come.
