Chaehee Jang is a 14 year old pianist from South Korea and has been playing piano continuously since 6, starting from 2015. She has several experiences in performing on stage, going back to the first recital, which was in that following year, in December, a Christmas recital. Then in 2016, she participated in a program called KISB 2016 Happy Chinese Festival where she did a solo singing on stage. In 2017, she started her journey of violin, along with piano. She had a violin performance at the end of 2017 along with two choir performances. In 2018, she participated in the HongKong International Youth Festival where she received a distinction award, even better than first place. In the following year, she had another choir concert and in 2019, another violin performance took place. In addition, in 2019, she was selected as one of the finalists inThe 83rd Steinway International Youth Piano Competition in China region. A month later, she participated in the 2019 Central Conservatory National Youth Art Exhibition and Performance in the Chongqing region where she was awarded the top 10 performer. In December that following year, she had a violin Christmas concert. Focusing on finishing the highest level of performance grade in ABRSM and the distinction score in level 8. And also received certificates in music theory as well. In 2011, she played at a Christmas online piano recital. In 2022, she attended the Concordia Music Competition where she was awarded 3rd place. In August of the following year, she started to learn bass and stopped her journey of violin. She had a piano recital in November of that year, along with an orchestra concert in December where she was the first chair for bass. In the February of 2023, she had an orchestra concert again being the first chair for bass, along with an orchestra concert in May of that following year. In September of 2023, she participated in the 2023 California Youth Music Competition, and was awarded 3rd place for her piano performance. Lastly, In February of 2024, she had a piano recital.
