Chloe Cho is a freshman at Seneca Valley High School and is learning flute from Dr. Carolyn Oh. She plays in Maryland Classic Youth Orchestra (MCYO) and Philharmonic Orchestra in New Life Foundation (NLPO). She won first and second place in the Metropolitan Music Festival in 2022 and 2023. She also participated in 2023 Young Musicians Inspiring Change (YMIC) Global Winners’ Concert at Carnegie Hall.
