Daniel (Moon Seok) Choi, a 16-year-old cellist, is a junior at Newport High School in Bellevue, Washington. He began playing the cello in 6th grade and is an active performer in his high school chamber orchestra. Daniel is also a cellist with the Youth Symphony Ensembles at the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra. In addition to his musical pursuits, he volunteers regularly to perform the cello for local retirement communities and teaches cello to young students with Autism.
