Daniel Lin, from Morgan Hill, CA is in the 10th grade at The King’s Academy PSP. Daniel started playing piano 10 years ago. Since starting, Daniel has had many instructors, but he currently learns piano from Helena Ma in Cupertino, CA. In the past few years, he’s become much more involved in the competitive aspect of piano, fueling his drive to continue learning and improving. Throughout the numerous competitions he has done he has secured 1st place in the US Young Pianists Competition(2024), and both 2nd and 3rd places(2023) in Charleston International Music Competition. 2nd place in the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition(Spring 2025). Outside of classes and competing, Daniel also enjoys playing piano with his friends, and actively serves at church with his talents.
