
Danielle Appiah Kubi is currently a student at Old Dominion University studying music education. She began her musical interests in elementary school, and has participated in various treble and mixed choirs throughout her life. She has participated in All-County and All-District choirs. She was a member of her high school’s acapella club and Tri-M Music Honor Society. Currently she is involved in her school’s large vocal ensemble, ODU Concert Choir as well as small ensemble, ODU Madrigals Choir. As well as being an active member in Old Dominion University’s NAfME (National Association for Music Educators) chapter. She has performed in several programs, including the Franco-American Vocal Academy summer opera program, and The Virginia International Tattoo. Her goal is to receive a B.A. in Music Education- Voice. After that, she would like to take her skills out into the world and teach elementary students.
