Danielle Yewon Lee

Danielle Lee, who is 16 years old, began playing piano at the age of six with Mrs. Hsui-Hui Chen in Michigan. In 2017, she received a special plaque award by memorizing 15 pieces of the early Bach repertoires program audition sponsored by the American College of Music (ACM). She is also a recipient of a special plaque award in 2018 for successfully memorizing 15 movements of the Sonatina audition sponsored by the ACM as well. In 2018, Danielle won second place in the Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition where she performed in Brussels, Belgium. She received the Honorable mention in the junior category for the 2020 American Protégé Piano and Strings Competition, and was a third place winner in 2021. Furthermore, she received 2nd place for the “Golden Classical Music Awards” International Competition in 2022, was a 1st place winner in 2023, 2nd place recipient for the 2023 Charleston Classical Musical Competition, and a 2nd place winner for the 2024 Spring Music Competition. Besides piano, Danielle enjoys playing the violin and guitar, as well as being a big part of Inno Education.
