Daphne is 15 years old and is a dedicated flutist and pianist. She started learning the piano at the age of 5 and the flute at 10. She has been awarded the winner of many music competitions for piano and flute performances, including MTNA, Pelican, Asia Cup, and others. She was the 1st place winner performing Chopin’s Fantasie Impromptu and 1st place winner performing Mozart’s concerto No. 1 in G major and Mouquet’s Sonata La Flute de Pan, Opus 15. She started performing as a soloist with a live orchestra in 6th grade at a Spring Concert and has performed in various festivals and celebrations. She has completed the Advanced level in MTAC’s Certificate of Merit program and received state honors. Aside from being an accomplished musician, Daphne is also a gifted figure skater and tennis player.
