Deborah Zhu has been playing the violin for 8 years and is under the tutelage of Jorge Orozco. In the previous season of Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras (MCYO), Deborah took the role of Principal Second Violin in the Young Artists ensemble. Previously, she has been the Associate Concert Master for both the Future Stars and Preparatory Strings ensembles of MCYO. Moreover, Deborah was accepted into the Montgomery County Junior Honors Orchestra in 2021 and 2022.
