Doyoon Kim, is a sophomore at Henry M. Gunn High School. She has been playing piano for about 10 years, and 5 years under the instruction of Youson Park. She has received State Honors in CM Advanced, second place at American Protege International Piano and Strings Competition 2024, second place in the Silicon Valley Music Competition 2023, and fourth place in USOMC sight reading, she’s also chosen to play in Junior Bash Festival 2023. Along with piano, she has been playing French horn for 5 years. She is currently a part of Gunn High School’s wind ensemble and symphony orchestra.
