Edward Kim is a 15-year-old piano player born in San Jose, now in San Diego, taught by Sun Yung Cho. After beginning piano at age 6, some notable achievements are being the 1st place winner at the MTAC Sonata Competition 2022, Southern California Bach Festival Regional Finals Winner, MTAC Concerto Competition 3rd place winner, and CM Advanced Level with State Honors. Over the summer, he volunteers at a non-profit music organization called Villa Musica, sharing his musical experience with younger children.
