Elif Naz Ateş was born in İskenderun, 2001. She has started taking piano lessons in 2009. In 2012 she got accepted from Hacettepe University State Conservatory and started her oboe education. Besides her oboe education she was a choir member of Ankara State Conservatory Middle and High school Choir and Muzaffer Arkan Women Choir . In 2018 she continued her oboe education at Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts. She graduated from Bilkent Music Preparatory High School as valedictorian. She has involved in some orchestras which are Bilkent Youth Symphony Orchestra, Ankara Youth Symphony Orchestra, Agora Youth Symphony Orchestra,Hacettepe University Youth Symphony Orchestra and Türkiye Youth Symphony Orchestra. She gave concerts in Berlin,Sicily, İstanbul, Ankara and Erzurum. She participated fourth Bilkent Chamber Music Days and Young Euro Classic 2019 Festival. In 2021 she was accepted to the voice department in Bilkent University and started to her voice education with Jennifer Tipton. In 2022 she gave one recital and one musical theatre show. In the same year she did masterclass with Peyee Chen. She made the first voiceover of the work called “Kuyu”. In the same year she also participated the concert of Bilkent Contemporary Music Ensemble. In July 2022 she actively participated the masterclass of Marcin Habela in Spetses. Now she is continuing her voice education with Jennifer Tipton in Bilkent University as a third year student.
