
Elisabeth Namchevadze, multiple prize winner of national and International competitions, including the Steinway piano playing Competition, Carl Bechstein Competition, the Little Schumann-Competition, the international Henle competition, the Sound artist competition Stuttgart with Mozart Prize for the excellent Interpretation of a work by Mozart, Peter Toperczer EMCY International Piano Competition Kosice, or the International Rotary Piano Competition. She was born in May 16th 2008 and began her training at the piano at the Age of 4 years and is since 2023 a young student at the University of Music and performing arts with Professor Hans-Peter Stenzl. Concerts led Elisabeth from Germany abroad, including to Greece, Georgia and the USA. She made a guest appearance in the Liederhalle Stuttgart, in the Laeiszhalle Hamburg, in the Künstlerhaus Munich, where she played Together with the Georgian state chamber orchestra “Georgian Sinfonietta” as a soloist. In 2022, she joined the National Opera America Centre and as a prize winner of “International Concerto Competition American Protegé” – in New York Carnegie Hall. Elisabeth already performed at the age of 10 With the Georgian State Philharmonic Orchestra in Tbilisi. In 2021, she won the Grand Prix of the International Competition “International Music Festival Competition Stars at Tenerife”, she won in 2022 1. Prizes at the Steinway Piano Competition in Hamburg, at the VIII Tbilisi International Young Pianists Competition and the Bechstein Competition in Berlin. Elisabeth is also a three-time first prize winner at the federal national competition “Jugend Musiziert”. In 2023, in addition to the highest score, she be won the Hermann J. Abs Prize for the best interpretation of a work by Ludwig van Beethoven, with a concert invitation to the Beethovenhaus Bonn. Elisabeth’s attention and passion is particularly intense with Works by Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt, Ludwig van Beethoven and at Chamber music. Elisabeth’s work and talent were also supported by various scholarships, awards and promotions such as the Carl-Heinz-Illies scholarship of the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben and the Dr. Klaus-Lang Foundation Stuttgart. Elisabeth goes to the Eberhard-Ludwigs-Musikgymnasium Stuttgart.
