
Emma Feng is a 15-year-old ninth grader from Auburn, Alabama. She began learning piano at the age of six under the guidance of her teacher, Joy Xu. Emma has received numerous awards, including several district honors. She was awarded an Outstanding-Winner in the 2024 AMTA Pre-College State Audition and earned Third Place Winner in the 2025 American Protégé International Piano and Strings Competition. That same year, she made her debut performance at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
While piano is one of her greatest passions, Emma is also an accomplished visual artist. She has earned multiple state awards and a national award in The Art of Conversation and the Federal Duck Stamp Contest. In addition, she enjoys singing and cherishes spending time with her family and friends.
