Born in Chicago, Enping Zhang began playing the piano at the age of five and her passion for music has grown ever since. She moved to California in 2022 and studies piano with Mr. John McCarthy. In addition to playing piano, she also played the cello in her school orchestra. Enping has won numerous awards in competitions such as third place in the American Protege International Competition for Romantic Music of 2017, second place in Brevard’s Got Music Talent in 2019, Honorable Mention in Florida Music Federation in 2021, third place in Rocky Mountain Competition in 2021, second place in Charleston International Music Competition 2024 and silver award in Euro Elite International Music Competition 2024.
