Ethan has been playing music from a young age, transitioning from piano to cello in 2019. He is a member of the renowned Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra (GDYO) and placed 4th overall in the Dallas Symphonic Festival Competition for Intermediate Sonatas. He is a member of the Legacy Orchestra at Jasper High School in Plano, TX, which was invited to perform at the 77th annual Midwest Clinic, the world’s largest instrumental music education conference, annually drawing more than 18,000 attendees to Chicago from all 50 states and more than forty countries. He’s also a finalist for the Texas Teachers Music Association (TMTA) and earned Principal Cellist for the All-Region Beethoven Orchestra.
