My name is Graysen Carlsen and I am 16 years old. I have been a pianist since I was 2 and started performing and competing at the age of 5. I have attended the Juilliard Summer Intensive 3 times and have studied with members of the Juilliard faculty such as Mika Sasaki, Scott Holden, and Vivian Chang. I am in my high school’s Institute of Arts and Innovation program studying dance, piano, and songwriting. My favorite style is Romantic and my favorite composers are Debussy, Beethoven, and Chopin.
