Hanren Zhang

Hanren Zhang has concertized in the United States, Europe, and Asia in solo, chamber music, and concerto performances. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Shenyang Conservatory of Music in China and study under with Yamaha Artist Fang Zhang. His Master’s Degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha and study with Dr. Washington Garcia. Currently he is a doctoral candidate of University of Georgia study with Dr. Liza Stepanova. In these periods, he won the “2017 Honors Recital Award “in Omaha, USA. In 2018, he as the pianist worked with conductor Dr. Cyntia Turner to performed the premiere of Georgia State of Lontano’s “Symphony for Wind Ensemble”. In 2019, he as one of the pianists to performed the piece of No.8 “Contes Barbares” for the premiere of the George Crumb’s “Motamorphoses” in Georgia,USA.
