Hayley Dunn

Hayley Dunn

A violinist for 11 years, Hayley Dunn began her musical journey at the renowned Hong Kong Music Academy at the age of 5. Later, she moved to Virginia, USA to continue her journey in music.

Currently serving as the concertmaster of the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra, the highest-level youth group in the region, Hayley also held the position of concertmaster of Central Regional Orchestra. Hayley has also participated in All-States, Senior Regional, and District Orchestras, as well as performed solos in the Altria Theater and Winifred Smith Hall in California. Her dedication to musical excellence was further acknowledged with a diploma from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).

In 2022, Hayley was also the winner of the Irvine International Music Competition. Inspired by her goal of sharing music with a broader audience, she founded her own orchestra group with weekly performances at senior centers and holiday concerts. During summertime, Dunn dedicates her time to teaching free violin lessons and AP Music Theory to those who cannot afford traditional music lessons.
