Huanhuan Xie is a soprano from China. She started singing at the early age of 5. When she was in a high school, and her teacher found her talent as a singer and strongly encourage her to start official training in singing, so she took her teacher’s advice and started classical training. Currently, she is pursing doctoral degree in voice performance at University of Minnesota at Twin Cities. In the past years, she had training from Songfest, and received several great awards from the competitions in Singapore and China. She received master degree from New England Conservatory and bachelor degree in voice performance from University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
