Isaac Park

Isaac Park

Isaac Park first began to play cello at the age of 11, after being inspired by his dad who also played the cello. From then, he went on to participate in county level and regional level orchestras throughout his middle school years. In high school, Isaac also participated in regional level orchestras, as well as state level orchestras. Along with these orchestras, he has been an active member of the Charlotte Symphony Youth Orchestra, in which he has served as principal cellist multiple times. He was also selected to perform with the Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall with national level musicians. Isaac attended the North Carolina Governor’s School for Instrumental Music in the summer of 2022, where he was able to study contemporary techniques under the instruction of professional musicians. Isaac is now currently learning under Jon Lewis, the principal cellist of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra.
