Isabella Zhao is a Junior at Brooklyn Technical High School in New York. She discovered her passion for music through a piano passed down from her uncle. Isabella started playing the piano when she was 5 years old under the mentorship of Dr. Andrea Christie. She has participated in numerous school concerts throughout high school, embracing challenging pieces such as Chopin’s etudes and Debussy’s repertoire. Her piano career has taught her valuable skills such as discipline and patience, making music a significant part of her life.
