Jacob Silberstein was born in London in 2007 before moving to Boston at one and a half years old. He was born into a musical family that started Jacob with piano lessons at five and a half years old. He has studied with Svetlana Krasnova, Dr. Marina Magazinnik, Tatiana Charapova, and Dr. Natalya Agayeva. He has won competitions such as the Virtuoso Piano Competition, Bach Piano Competition, Russian Solo/ Chamber Music Competition, Classical Viennese Competition, Helen Crowe Snelling Competition, and Eastside MTA Scholarship Competition. He is continuing lessons with Dr. Marina Magazinnik and performs at festivals and recitals around the Seattle area.
