Jacob began studying piano at the age of 5 in September 2021 at the Music Institute of Chicago with Dr. Daniel Baer. He is the Gold medalist for the NSMTA (North Shore Music Teachers Association) Sonata-Sonatina Festival in both 2023 and 2024. He began studying violin at the age of 6 in September 2022 at the Music Institute of Chicago with Mr. Nobuaki Tanaka and has completed the Suzuki violin Book 1-4 in 15 months.
