Jamie has garnered numerous awards in various competitions in the Northwest Pacific region, including the Russian Chamber Music Foundation of Seattle, the Pacific Northwest Piano Competition, Sonafest Festival, Performing Arts Festival of the Eastside, and the Bach Festival and Virtuoso Artists Festival by the Seattle International Piano Festival. Jamie enjoys performing at various venues, masterclass and festival, including at the Prague Piano Festival in the summer of 2023. Her favorite composers are Debussy and Tchaikovsky.
Jamie has a wide range of interests and incorporates these experiences as her inspirations in her piano performance. She enjoys figure skating (USFS Pre-Preliminary singles qualified), ballet, badminton, clarinet, and writing. In the 2023 winter season, Jamie performed in the professional production of George Balanchine’s Nutcracker ballet with the prestigious Pacific Northwest Ballet company, where she danced as one of the Angels.
