Jayden Kim began learning guitar at age ten, inspired by band—as well as solo—performances in various genres. An advocate for the acoustic guitar due to its versatility, his repertoire spans across classical, flamenco, jazz, pop, and percussive fingerstyle, and he often merges these skills to produce unique arrangements.
Under the guidance of three teachers at Junyfore Music in San Jose, California, he has won numerous regional and international honors, such as the SF International Innovative Music Competition and the Charleston International Music Competition.
Overall, music helps him discover creativity on a different scale.
