Jenny Edwards and has been a community level musician, beginner teacher and performer for many years, but is finally and so happily, pursuing a lifelong dream to come back to college to finish a degree in violin performance that she started nearly 20 years ago! She has been on this magical journey to make “her insides match her outside’ and gain the technical skills to finally be able to fully express myself with this beautiful instrument. She often jokes that she is the ‘worlds oldest’ Violin undergrad student. This video was taken just this week at her Junior Recital At the University Of Georgia. Mrs. Edwards is a student of Dr. Michael Heald. She has also studied with David Song, M.A and Melissa Barret, M.A, from Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Edwards has performed multiple summers with National Music Festival, Prelude Chamber Festival, and Emerald Coast Chamber Festival.
