As a soloist and a chamber musician, Jeong Yun has performed in concerts and recitals at Sejong Chamber Hall and Youngsan Yangjae Hall in South Korea, Courchevel MusicAlp Festival in France, Kerrytown Concert House and Bloomfield Township Library in Michigan, and Steinway Society in Puerto Rico. She made her orchestral debut when she was 15, with the Soloist Volgograd Orchestra at Jancheon Art Hall in Seoul. Jeong Yun has performed in numerous masterclasses with artists including Richard Goode, Roberto Plano, Alexander Kobrin, Thomas Sauer, Haewon Song, Boaz Sharon, Timothy Ehlen, Jeno Jando, Christopher Elton, and Jacques Rouvier. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Ewha Womens University and a Master of Music in Piano Performance and Chamber Music from University of Michigan. Her teacher includes Ian Hobson, Arthur Greene, Vadim Monastyrsky, and Jung Eun Kim. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Piano Performance at the Florida State University.
