Jia Lee is a 9th grader at Pinewood School and has been playing the viola for 7 years. She’s won in many competitions since then, such as Junior Bach Festival, American Protege Competition, San Francisco International Innovative Open Music Competition, American Fine Arts Festival, and North California Young Talents Music Competition and Festivals. She also played in GSYO in 2019 and since 2020, she has played in CYS and is currently with the CYS Associate Orchestra. In addition to playing the viola, she enjoys reading, doing crafts, and gardening in the yard.
