Jimin is a 7th grade student. She has been playing violin since the age of 7 and piano since the age of 5.
She currently goes to Barker road Middle School for 7th grade. Jimin currently studies violin with Mrs. Faith Han.
As a fifth grader at Thornell road Elementary School, Jimin joined the school orchestra, ascending to the position of concertmaster.
In the season of 2022 – 2023, Jimin was the Barker road Middle School Concertmaster and participated in Chamber orchestra.
She has participated MCSMA Solo Festival and NYSSMA Solo Festival got great score and selected Monroe County School Music Association (MCSMA) Orchestra and All State Orchestra from 6th grade.
She is a passionate violinist contributing at her school, within local orchestras and churches.
In addition to her love for violin, Jimin is also an active and adventurous young girl. She is a member of the Pittsford Lacrosse Team. She enjoys skiing in the winter time and enjoys scuber diving in summer. She also enjoys camping and road trip with her family.
