John Chang has been playing piano since age 5. He has won awards in piano and singing, and performed at prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall and NV Hall. He has performed in various school bands, talent shows and church choirs since his 3rd grade. Other than busy performing activities, he joined “Musicians for Philanthropy” organized by a group of piano students to share his music talents with the community and do fundraising projects to help National Down Syndrome Society. It is John’s mission not only to perform music well but also to communicate with his audiences with his feelings and love of music.
