Jonathan Zheng

Fifteen-year-old Jonathan Zheng is a sophomore in high school and studies with Dr. Peter Mark. He has won numerous prizes at competitions including Steinway and Sons’ Junior Competition First Place, US Chopin Foundation Scholarship, Chopin US/NW Council (Gold Medal), Pacific International Piano Competition (Gold Medal), Simon-Fiset Piano Competition First Place, Russian Chamber Music Association (Gold Medal), Seattle Virtuous Piano Competition (Gold Medal), Washington State Junior MTNA Alternate, Seattle King FM Young Artist Finalist, Japan Osaka International Piano Competition Finalist, Seattle International Piano Competition Semi-Finalist, 2019 James Ramos International Video Competition HM. Jonathan has participated in events hosted by Russian Chamber Music Association, Seattle Music Teacher Association, Washington State Music Teacher Conference. He has performed live on Classical KING FM 98.1 and at Benaroya Hall in Seattle.
