When Joohyuk was three years old, he watched his mother play simple melodies on a toy piano and played “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” by himself. It was the start of his journey as a young musician.
When he was six years old, he began to get piano lessons. He has participated in several student recitals, and won third place award in Music Through the Centuries Competition (July 2024; Strasbourg, France).
As well as playing the piano, he is interested in orchestral music. He also composes songs for piano.
