Kate discovered she had a talent for singing when she was 11. She performed lead roles in 10 musicals with local theaters and high schools throughout her middle and high school education. It wasn’t until she was 19 that she began exploring opera and classical singing. She fell in love with this style of singing; the technical mastery it requires and the raw beauty and art it communicates. She finds herself in the expression of music, the voice, and theater. Singing has been a path of healing and self discovery for Kate. She is thrilled to continue the journey and see where her voice leads her.
