Kayla has been playing the flute since 4th grade. She plays in the Deerfield High School Wind Ensemble and also has been playing in the Midwest Young Artist Conservatory Symphony Orchestra for three years. She won the Concerto Competition this year at DHS. She studies under Haymee Ann. Aside from music, Kayla enjoys playing badminton for her school varsity team.
