Kayla Kim is a freshman residing in Irvine, CA, attending OCSA. She studies viola under the tutelage of Gina Coletti at the Colburn School.
She is a member of the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra and serves as the current assistant principal violist in OCSA’s Symphony Orchestra.
She was selected for the California All-State Symphony Orchestra, which she will be attending this coming February. She won in the VOCE Chamber State Finals and has been selected as a 2023-2024 Debut Artist. She currently participates in the Colburn Honors Chamber program and is a performer for the Smile Train organization.
