I’m Kaylee An, a 17-year-old classical vocalist with a passion for music that has driven me over the past two years. I’m currently studying at Idyllwild Arts Academy, where I’m fortunate to work with incredible instructors who have helped me grow as a singer.
My journey in classical music started a bit later than most, but I’ve poured my heart into it since day one. At Idyllwild, I’ve had the chance to explore a wide range of pieces, from Baroque arias to Romantic lieder, each one helping me develop my voice and interpretive skills.
Performing is where I truly come alive. Whether it’s in a competition or a recital, I love connecting with the audience and sharing the emotional depth of the music. My time at Idyllwild has been intense but rewarding, and I’m excited to see where my passion for classical music will take me next.
