I started harp 2 years ago, when I had played piano for a few years already. I was able to make quick progress while playing harp. I won a scholarship from Indianapolis Matinee Musicale (IMM) and a trophy from the Bloomington Arts Festival last year. This year I got first place in my section at IMM. I also played in the Indiana Youth orchestra as an apprentice harpist, and becoming a full time harpist after the first concert. I enjoy playing music, and performing for others.
