Kristy Luk

Kristy Luk, cellist, debuted at Carnegie Hall in 2022 and has performed globally, most recently in the Salzburg Universitat Mozarteum and La Villette in Paris. Kristy serves as cello principal of the Asia Pacific Activities Conference Orchestra, the Musicus Inspires Orchestra, and the HKIS Symphony Orchestra. Kristy is active in honors ensembles and competitions both locally and internationally, having been nominated by the Musicus Society artistic panel for collaboration with the London Chamber Orchestra. She won first prize in the American Protege International Concerto Competition, the Grand Prize Virtuoso International Competition, and various classes of the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival, and she has won top prizes in the Association for Music in International Schools Festival, American Protege International Piano & Strings Competition, International Competition of Romantic Music, and the Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition. Kristy currently studies at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
