Laila has been a vocal student of Dr Mikyoung Park at MacPhail center for music for 8 years. She has competed and won two Charleston music competitions in the past. She has also participated in the Minnesota Youth Opera circle. She enjoys theater as well and has performed in various productions through Children’s Performing Arts.
