Leane Kwon is a 15 year-old pianist attending Bergen County Academies in New Jersey, USA, and majors in music. She has been playing the piano since the age of 4. Leane is a first-prize winner in various music competitions including the New York Young Virtuoso Competition and Prima Volta Music Competition. She has been selected as the Grand Award Winner as well. Leane has performed in various locations such as Carnegie Hall (NYC), DiMenna Center (NYC), and more. Currently, she is the piano accompanist for the Camerata Youth Orchestra in New Jersey. Leane has played for her school’s orchestra and choir. Outside of school, she enjoys participating in performing music for fundraising and helping the community.
