Lev Slobodien Rodriguez

Lev Slobodien Rodríguez was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He started playing soprano saxophone at the age of 5 after seeing an inspirational performance by Doug O’Connor. Lev has performed at Trinity Commons in NYC, multiple appearances at Ruthie’s in Montclair and regular appearances in Trend Cafe in Montclair. He currently studies with Mike Lee. His mentors include Valentin Kovalev and Robin Pietrick. He has a younger brother, an older brother, and 2 parents who love supporting his musical journey. Lev plays jazz and classical and is always looking for opportunities to perform.
