
Liam Sullivan is a seventeen year old cellist who has been playing for eight years. He has previously studied at selective summer music festivals including the Brevard Music Center Orchestral Institute and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute. In the spring of 2023, he was named runner up in the Lois Lyman Concerto Competition, and performed the third movement of the Saint-Saens Cello Concerto with the Empire State Repertory Orchestra. He currently studies with Pei-an Chao, a cellist in the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. Aside from the cello, Liam enjoys playing tennis and pursuing his interest in chemistry through lab research.
