My name is Lilian Pham and I am 16 years old. I am a junior at Socastee High School in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I have been pursuing music since 2nd grade. I first started with guitar lessons, then a year later I started piano lessons. I competed in the South Carolina Association of Christian Schools (SCACS) for piano from 3rd to 8th grade, placing superior every year, showcased in 5th and 6th grade, and won first in classical piano in 8th grade. I also started violin lessons in 5th grade and competed in SCACS up until 8th grade. I won 3rd for classical strings in 8th grade. In 9th grade, I taught myself how to play the cello and join the Long Bay Youth Symphony Orchestra as a first violinist. I also participated in the All County Orchestra as a first violinist. In 11th grade, I won the talent award for piano in the Miss Socastee Pageant.
