Livia Liwen Xu

Livia Xu is a young pianist who enjoys exploring a wide range of musical styles, from Baroque to Contemporary. Born in Austin, Texas, she began studying piano at the age of eight. Inspired by her teacher, she began her musical journey with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) in fifth grade and earned the Associate of the Royal Schools of Music (ARSM) diploma in June 2025. Livia has participated in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) Piano Solo Competition for the past two years, receiving a Gold Medal in May 2025. Passionate about sharing her music with others, she has performed regularly for residents at a senior living facility since August 2024.
