Madison Rose Holmes

Madison Holmes is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Music at The University of Hartford, where she studies with Deborah Lifton. Madison has participated in multiple events ranging from competitions to seasonal auditions, where multiple adjudicators have described her voice as rich and warm. In 2017, she attended Boston University’s Tanglewood Institute. In 2018, she was titled a prize winner in her local chapter of the National Society of Arts and Letters Shirley Rabb Winston Vocal Scholarship Competition, and a Regional Winner of the National Association of Teachers and Students Annual Competition. In 2020, the National YoungArts Association gave her the title of Merit Winner in their annual competition. This upcoming summer, Madison is expected to play the role of Barbarina, and cover the role of Sussanah, in the Opera Steamboat Institute’s production of Le Nozze di Figaro.
