My musical journey has included the study of multiple instruments and opportunities of performance. I started piano at the age of 4, and have since then participated in multiple competitions, recitals, and the National Piano Playing Auditions Guild. While excelling at piano, I picked up the oboe at the age of 9. Since I have picked up the oboe, I have taken part in multiple NYSSMA, SCMEA, and Mid Island Band festivals. I have also participated in multiple youth orchestras and ensembles, such as the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of NY, the Sound Symphony Orchestra and Hofstra University’s Symphony Orchestra. Weekly, I participate in volunteering my time to play at St. Louis. De Montfort Church in their Youth Ensemble. I have further received stipend for playing in professional pits in multiple theaters and other various churches. I have had the privilege of touring Italy as a part of the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra’s Summer Tour Program. This included performances at the Villa Tigullio, the Loggia dei Lanzi, Terme Tettuccio, the Sorrento Cathedral, and the Sant’Ignazio Loyola.
