
Biography of Bekturova Malika Ruslanovna
Bekturova Malika Ruslanovna was born on March 20, 2001. in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty. In 2008, she passed the competitive selection and was enrolled in the 1st grade of this school in the violin class (class of teacher Akhmetova K.A.). Currently, she is a 4rd year student of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music, violin class (class of Professor Igolinsky Vladislav Grigorievich ).
Malika is a laureate of many international competitions. At the age of 7, she performed on the big stage for the first time, participating in the Republican Olympiad, where she received an honorary diploma and was noted by the jury members as the youngest participant in the competition.
In 2011, studying in the 4th grade, she took 2nd place and the title of laureate of the International Competition for Young Performers named after A. Zhubanov, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (November, 2011, Almaty).
In 2012 I participated in two competitions:
1) VIII International competition for young performers “Astana-Merey”, which was held in Astana, KazNUA (December, 2012), diploma.
2) A competition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the People’s Artist Kulyash Baiseitova, which was organized at the RSSMSH named after. K. Baiseitova (March, 2012). She won 1st place in this competition.
In November 2013, she participated in the Akhmet Zhubanov International Competition for Young Performers. The jury members noted her musicality, high technique of playing the instrument and awarded 1st place and the title of laureate. At the same competition, she also received a diploma for the best performance of a work by composers of Kazakhstan.
In 2013, she took part in the V International Violin Competition in Astana. In February 2014, she became a laureate of the International Competition. A. Glazunova (France, Paris).
In March 2016, she became the 2nd prize winner of the Republican Competition for Young Performers, Almaty. In 2017, she took 1st place at the Delphic Games, received a diploma as a finalist of the Auer Competition in the city of St. Petersburg, and in the summer of the same year became a semi-finalist of the X International Tchaikovsky Youth Competition.
In March 2018, she became the laureate of the 1st Prize of the Republican Competition for Young Performers, Almaty. In April of the same year, she became a laureate of the 2nd prize of the VII All-Russian open competition of young string musicians “West-Siberia-East” named after Kramorov Yu.M. Kramarov. In 2019, she became the winner of the First Prize of the Republican Olympiad in the specialty “string instruments” (Almaty, 2019). In 2020, the winner of the International Competition “Grand Music Art” (Russian Federation, Moscow, 2020). In September 2022, she played in the season of the NCPA orchestra, soloist Sayaka Shoji, Mumbai, in October of the same year she successfully performed in a duet with Bekturova Tomiris at the XIX INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL “MOSCOW MEETS FRIENDS”.
Passed the selection for the master classes of professor Zakhar Bron, which will be held in June this year in Kazakhstan, the city of Uralsk.
in the summer of the same year, in August, there will be a tour in the NCPA orchestra conducted by Zubin Mehta, Mumbai, India. In December 2023 she went on tour to England with the same orchestra
