Matthew Nam is a junior at Montgomery Blair High School. He started playing piano at age 6 and is currently under Ms. Hyun Park. He has won awards at various competitions such as MSMTA Solo, Ensemble, Miriam Shields Gottlieb, Gertrude Brown Memorial Concerto and Viola Hartman. He is also the three-time winner of American Protégé International Piano Competition and performed at Carnegie Hall. As an active volunteer in his community, Matthew regularly performs at charitable events and senior centers.
