Meitao Chen has learned violin with her mother since her childhood. In 2017, she participated in International Wind Band Festival In Taiwan and won the silver medal in the Teenager Chamber music Group. In 2018, Meitao Chen was admitted to the Music Middle School Attached To Shenyang Conservatory of Music.(“SYCM”) ,which was one of most renowned music shools in China , as a violin major student. And she then continued learning from Professor Yu Yong, head of the Orchestra Department in school. During her high school period, she enrolled in the Zhuhai String Master Class in 2019 and 2021. In 2021, Meitao Chen won the performance award in the “Hengqin Cup” National Violin Sonata Competition. Besides, she has studied in Viola major since 2022 and been the deputy chief of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of SYCM till now.
